Simple Vegetarian Chilli

In a pot add the following ingredients:
  • 1 large can of red beans
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 2 diced green peppers
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of vegetable stock
  • A few hand fulls of chopped mushroom
  • Add spices as desired – The BBQ stock was spicy enough, so no need to make it hotter
Heat for about 40 minutes, continuing to stir
Serve with Rice
